"My wife bought my son a Ravencrest last year. Went in to get it cleaned and left with a whole lot more. Both the gentleman that were in the store today we amazing. Son wanted to change the color of the knife and to get it sharpened. They cleaned the knife, sharpened it, and then gave him the color he wanted. I offered to pay, but they did it all for free!!! Now that’s customer service!!! Would definitely recommend them!!!"

"Always something neat to see here and while they have had plenty of staffing issues they currently have what seems like a good group running the place. The owner is knowledgeable about his products and while he can be a little rough around the edges at times he has never been unhelpful with anything we have asked of him.
