"Does not look like much from the outside, but inside is a treasure hunt. Many unique items you will not find elsewhere. Mario is a great guy and fun to talk to. If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask. He has inventory that is not on display. My husband is a repeat customer, and was very happy with the two knives he bought today. Perhaps it was an employee you no longer have. I use my knives everyday. I know when they are sharp or not. I did specifically ask if they could do serrated knives. I was told yes.
