"This is a wonderful shop. I forgot your name, I apologize, but you were fantastic. I brought in my 9" Shun brand chef knife, a 6" Santoku, and some various Frontier Forge carbon steel blades that were left to me by my late stepfather. Not only do they know how to maintain and sharpen knives, I learned a lot about the knives I inherited that I have never used. They needed love badly and I can't wait to get to work with them tonight. I brought in 1..."
"Friendly owners who did the job relatively quickly and for a very affordable price. We got two knifes done for ten dollars. The only barrier to using their services is that their hours are pretty limited (10-4 on weekdays). I plan on coming back to them in the future for other knifes."
"What a gem! I recommend stopping by even if you don't think you need anything. I brought all my good knives in for sharpening and accidentally left a couple of hundred dollars lighter, laden with things I hadn't even known I needed. And the sharpening job was superb, and outrageously inexpensive. They even fixed several chips and other damage I didn't think was possible to repair. And friendly and knowledgeable! Flawless experience."
"A small, multi generational shop that deserves everybody’s attention. So glad I finally went in to get my three favorite knives sharpened. I take fairly good care of my kitchen knives myself, but they needed a professional touch. One day later there they were, ready for action. It’s also a chance for a very pleasant visit. Win win win. I definitely am bringing in my paring knives next. Thank you!"

"Mariner 2, my first from TKC, is a huge disappointment. It's not that it's just not as impressive as I expected or not worth what I paid. I'm honestly at a loss for how ANY knife, other than for butter, at ANY price point could be this dull. The materials looks and feel no different than any far less expensive knife I have ever owned. And to say it's "dull", I mean it literally struggles to cut box tape or open envelopes. I spent a ton of time lo..."
"All of their knives are made in house with highly specialized equipment. I came into day and purchased a new knife model the Chupacabra its a great flipper made with aluminum handles and a Magnacut blade everyone of their products comes with a lifetime warranty which is awesome All of their employees are really nice and helpful Thanks To Matt & Kevin for the shop tour vey fun to see how knives are made"
"Purchased an Osprey from them today, top notch customer service and a beautiful knife. Like an idiot I accidently cut myself while I was there (that thing is razor sharp!). The employees went above and beyond patching it up and made an embarrassing situation less so. Highly recommend these guys."
"Just got my rockwall knife back from them for a service request. They repaired my bent clip and stripped screw free of charge. Great customer service, only had to wait a couple hours for an email. I will definitely be taking a look at the Tactile Turn pens!"
