"I can’t share enough high praise for Geoff and the Bladesmith team. I took my quality Japanese knives to a reputable high end cookware store to have sharpened. When I received them back, I was worried about what the blades looked like. I took them to Geoff and he took time out of his busy day to explain the current situation and state of the knives after they were ruined by the company who sharpened my knives. At his encouragement, he suggested ..."

"Great sharpening, fast. I took 8 knives over and sharpening was completed within 15 minutes. I had a variety of knives, including serrated ones. Based on other comments, I just went to the back door rather than going to the front. They are open M, Tues, Thurs and Friday according to the gentleman working. It looks like they are open to 4pm on those days."

"I'm a dog groomer, and I don't like having to send my shears off for a week to get sharpened, so I started looking locally for a sharpener. I dropped 8 shears off and picked them up the very next day for $80! My thinners were catching and they were able to fix the issue in ~5 minutes, if that. The owner and sharpener were very knowledgeable, kind, and I haven't had scissors this sharp in months! I'll absolutely be using them in the future for sh..."

"I discovered this place by seeing the company van at a restaurant parking lot. I decided to give them a try with my kitchen knives, since the home kitchen knife sharpeners barely make my knives sharper than a butter knife. I brought them twelve knives, and waited while they performed the service. It only took about 15 minutes. Now my kitchen knives are sharper than they were new. Will go back again and highly recommend Bladesmith."

"We attended the Exploring Curry/ Massaman Curry class with Chef Sunisa Somnuek. Chef Sunisa’s style, delivery and knowledge of the content is extraordinary. Her life time of cooking these remarkable dishes, her family stories and her treasure trove of family recipes, are infectious. Chef Sunisa’s ability to connect with her class and facilitate delicate cooking principals is the high point of the evening. 90% percent of this class was hands on co..."

"I'll disclose this on the front end of this review: I am NOT a cook. I know how to boil an egg (but no guarantee it will be cooked properly) and make a bowl of cereal, but that about does it for my culinary skills. When a good friend indicated that he wanted a set of good knives for the kitchen, I knew I had found a perfect birthday gift for him. So hard to buy anything for our guy friends! But THEN ... it dawned on me that there was no one ..."

"Had three knives sharpened here: 1 chef's knife, 1 serrated boning knife and 1 serrated slicer. All three knives came back sharp and no longer serrated. Who can't tell the difference between a serrated and unserrated knife??? Apparently, I can't. I was absolutely sure the slicer and boning knives were both serrated, but I learned the serrated slicer (actually should be called a a bread knife not a slicer) had already been replaced by a non-se..."

"I did a Thai cooking class here. Chef Sunisa was wonderful and her food was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the class. My only 2 pieces of feedback are: - We were asked halfway through, nonchalantly if we wanted wine. It was asked in such a way that it felt like an after thought, which left me with questions. Were we supposed to be able to have wine the whole time? Why wasn't it offered sooner or more formally? Can we have more? Just wish thi..."

"I recently visited the Williams Sonoma location at Ponce City Market on Black Friday for a mother-daughter shopping trip, and I have to say, Rasheeda made the experience absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to this store several times before, but this visit was truly special thanks to her exceptional service. Rasheeda was incredibly helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond by offering to price-check items an..."

"I recently purchased bar stools that I love from Williams-Sonoma. The shipping charge for three was high but I was willing to purchase anyway. Since, we found out we are moving and for the stools to work in my new home I needed one more. When ordering the price was drastically different. The expensive $595 chair was now over $820 for ONE with the ridiculous shipping charge. I called customer and they wouldn’t budge. I then called my local store a..."

"This is my first review ever, but I had to share my horrible experience at this location because I don’t like being lied to by a store manager. At this location, I tried to return a Cuisinart food processor I purchased online and picked up in-store less than 30 days ago. I had only used the appliance once and did not like the blade technology, which made the appliance difficult to use, so I wanted to return it. The store manager told me that Wi..."

"Williams-Sonoma at Ponce City Market is like walking into a well-organized dream kitchen—everything is pristine, curated, and a little bit aspirational. It’s a fun stop if you’re into cooking, hosting, or just browsing beautifully designed things you probably don’t need, but suddenly want. The staff here is usually friendly and helpful, happy to chat about cookware or guide you to the right spice blend for your next dinner party. That said, it’s..."
