"I was a little put off by the fact when they answered the phone they said "Kitchen Fantasy, how can I help you?". It was confusing but Ernie was able to sharpen my knife right away. I was concerned because my knife cost $200 but it came back very sharp, as sharp as when I bought it. He even polished the edge which made it look even better. Will definitely be back to get all my knives sharpened whenever they get dull."
