"Exceptional customer service. The store is a niche, so the selection sometimes lax what you can find at Dick’s Sporting Goods. However, they always have the newest colors. They have a dog water bowl out front and a plant holder with basil and some other inviting plants in it. It is a very nice location. It’s easy to shop. It’s always organized. They should however start a loyalty reward program. Yeti customers are generally repeat customers."

When I complained, they told me it was a mistake by whoever put the price on them and that they couldn't lower it to the price shown. They only gave me a 10% discount on the second item.
