Knife Store in Miramar Beach, Florida

"We purchased our Wustof Classic Ikon knives from Williams Sonoma with the expectation that we would receive great customer service. We took 3 of them to be sharpened on May 11th. We were told the only person in the store who did the sharpening was on vacation and they wouldn't be ready until Tues, May 16th. "I purchased olive oil that turned out to be bitter tasting. When I asked about returning or exchanging the item, I was told food items that had been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. Very disappointed with Williams Sonoma’s return policy on food items. It seems to discourage people from trying things out."
