"I bought a model 25 through ag russell. It says made from 1/4" steel but mine is 3/16. The blade is so thin from the hollow grind it would break if did any heavy cutting. The jimping isn't square across the blade, runs off at an angle. No quality control. I make knives better than these at a fraction of the price. Very disappointing. I'm sending it back to ag but thought you should know"

"Ordered Zwilling 4.5" steak knives on line 2 months ago. Have only used about 4 of the 8 knives ordered. This past week 3 of the knives came out of the dishwasher covered with spots of rust. The instructions with the knives say they are dishwasher safe. Made a warranty request on-line, with pictures. Received an email back stating they needed more pictures. Sent more pictures. Requested replacement knives or money return. Got neither, they emaile..."

But when I asked the employee about it, he said “ That’s not accurate.” bluntly If the tag the store put on the product doesn’t reflect the truth, what is that tag for? Also the employee doesn’t appear and sound like selling any product there ( zero enthusiasm) I also found out that I can purchase the same product for almost the same price at Amazon Probably last visit to this store in my life"
