"These folks over deliver every time. Dropped off 7 knives for sharpening and they had them done ahead of schedule. That being said, the quality of the work is worth the wait even if they are running on time. Wish I got their names - but these cats will even give you a quick, professional explanation of knife safety, care and upkeep. Their edges hold up for a long time, too. Outstanding customer service and will continue to happily recommend them..."

Villia Vontcha

"We visited the store today, Jan 31, 2024. The sales lady went above and beyond helping us. Stellar customer service. Wonderful selection of knives. She was very knowledgeable about her products. Gave us solid advice. And even searched her inventory, finding us a plain edge Enough 2 ENUFF NK390, which is exactly what we were looking for. I give this place a little 10,000 stars. We will be back. They've got a customer for life."

Isaac Bratsman

"10/10 service. They are very friendly and make sure that you are getting exactly what you want or need. The employees are very knowledgeable and recommend specific knives based on your suggestions. There is also a 10% discount on kitchen knives and a 15% discount on knife sharpening for restaurant workers, but are also happy to give you a whetstone to do it yourself. I will be shopping here again when I need to."

Mary Hassett

"Being from out of town, we decided to bring our knives with us to get sharpened. Found Northwest Knives and saw their reviews, which were excellent. Walking in the door, we were greeted with smiles. Very professional. We were visiting friends, so leaving the knives for a couple days worked out perfect for us. Cost of sharpening our 3 knives was very reasonable. So glad we found them. Thank you. Thank you."

"Troy is fantastic! Sharpened 3 mower blades & all of my gardening sheers. They all came out great. It's amazing how much easier it is to trim all the rose bushes & trees now. I can't believe I waited so long! He's extremely fast, mobile, & a really nice guy. I love to stay local & I'm so glad that A&E came up when I searched. He does all kinds of sharpening & is well worth the price. Thanks a million Troy!"
