"I got a great deal on an air fryer for black Friday from WS. A full week later, I get an email saying that they won't be able to get me that air fryer, but there's another model they're going to automatically send me if I don't respond and here's it's serial number. "Nice store and friendly staff. We've been to other locations and this one was similar to the others. Very organized and clean inside, and there's a large variety of kitchen products. There were some seasonal items on sale, and they gave a free sample upon entering. Nice store overall!"

"Low to no inventory of thing people actually buy. We went in get regular supplies that we use every Thanksgiving. Sold out of everything, and have been sold out. So apparently, you have to start shopping for Thanksgiving in October. They do have a healthy inventory of gimmicky items that have a single purpose and take up kitchen space."
