"Ambrosi Brothers Cutlery on Main Street is an absolute gem in Kansas City. The service is affordable, incredibly fast, and the quality is unmatched. Spencer is a master sharpener and it shows in every knife he touches. As a professional chef, having sharp knives is essential for both food quality and safety. I trust Ambrosi Brothers with all of my knives and I am always impressed by the precision and care they put into their work. Their service..."
"Caught the staff getting ready for lunch but the manager offered to sharpen three knives, one a custom hunting knife, while we waited. Everyone was friendly and helpful plus they have a good selection of chef quality kitchen cutlery. My custom knife is shaving sharp as are the two Schrade knives. The custom knife blade is 60+ on the Rockwell scale and Ambrosi's edge is mirror smooth and scalpel sharp. I highly recommend them!"
"I brought some knives for professional sharpening and was completely amazed. I dropped of knives on Friday and they were ready the following Monday. I am told that you can expect same-day service if you drop off Mon-Wed but not on Thu-Fri. The cost was $8/knife but the bevel was completely reshaped. This made one of our cheaper chefs knives razor sharp, cutting paper at an angle with ease. Highly recommended!"
"Bought a Japanese chef knife about two weeks ago. I wanted to wait a bit to see how it holds up in a restaurant kitchen before leaving a review. With proper care it’s holding up amazing. The blades been holding it’s edge very well for the amount of use it’s seen. The employees did a great job helping me find a blade. I will be back in the future when I need more knifes."

"Great place to shop for Airsoft guns! Great prices, clean shop and very friendly staff! We bought two today after spending some time learning from the owner. He’s really knowledgeable on each item and did a fabulous job giving us age appropriate info for our 8 year old and 18 year old and gave us a deal! Definitely worth checking out his MASSIVE collection. He sells much more too! I’m happy we selected this place to do business! Great selection,..."
"Friendly staff negative rating because purchased a airsoft gun from here and out of the box it double fed and needed a deep clean on the external from being dusty, and I'm unable to get service from manufacture due to condition it was sold in "new", 380$ later im here having to replace a bucking, hop up and air nosil, a side note of the hpa tank 3000 psi 13cis date was from 8.21 with only a shelf life of 5 years without hydrostatic testing leaving..."
"Dwight the owner is always on site. He has a great understanding of the airsoft guns he sells. His employees are also very knowledgable of the inventory they carry. They will go through whatever it takes to make your buying and using experiencea great one. I would highly recommend this store."
"Bought a Red/Gold airsoft gun with an acog. Works perfectly. Bought my whole airsoft loadout here. Had to buy a couple magazines online, due to the ones I bought wouldnt feed past the 1st bb(due to it being a different brand magazine) didnt bother me at all, just an learning experience for airsoft things. Everything I bought works perfectly and for an affordable price! Looking forward to getting more into Airsoft."
