"Great Archery staff. Edit 8 months later, I bought my bow from Scheels because the service and tuning was free even after my purchase. I went in today to get my bow tuned like I was told I could do for free and they are now charging $50 per paper tune. I was previously a huge fan, but will likely purchase elsewhere now that this isnt included."

"Very disappointed. I had a shoe held for me so I spent two hours round trip to go pick it up only for them to tell me an hour later when I arrived that they sold the shoe that was held for me. Very sad I drove two hours to not get something that I was told I would be able to buy. This shoe department is really undermanaged too. Kids answer phones and don’t know the shoe just for me to drive and go find them in my size. Terrible"
