"Doesn't care about the customer. Ridiculous company. I ordered an item that was supposed to come with a free side item (balls). The product came but only had three of the items instead of twelve. They told me I had to return the item in order for them to resend it with the twelve. Ridiculous approach. royal pain for me and higher costs for them. "The customer service desk was very helpful. My husband bought me a Canada Goose winter coat, and I tried it on in store and it fit. Then I got home and tried it on with a sweater and it was tight on my shoulders. I brought it back and they didn’t have any in store or other stores on line so they had to call a manager and special order it. They were pleasant and helpful getting me the right size ordered."

"It's a fun store to shop and find gifts. Be prepared to spend a lot, prices are pretty high but it is quality kitchen ware. They have a fun cheese and oil section for samples. My only issue was that there were a few too many displays that had product sticking out and got knocked over while I was there. It was a bit hard to navigate with the amount of product that was there but still a fun place to shop."
