"Wow ! Great customer service! I dropped my super dull knives off and they were ready on time as promised! My knives are now super sharp ! I could probably remove an appendix! The owner is super nice and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommended!"

"Only been there once helping a friend. He does good work reasonably priced. However, he's very hard of hearing & doesn't speak English & rarely does a call get answered. I still find it worth supporting a man's work & local businesses. If the one door is open, he's there, 9-3pm. Try knocking! Is side by side to a (home) business that does car upholstery."

"South Texas Tactical has the best selection of firearms in the valley. I am always surprised by their ability to have hard to find and rare items in stock. They walked me through my suppressor purchase and made it extremely easy I got my suppressor in 2 days. They were way more knowledgeable than suppressed tactical solutions off the expressway and had a better product selection by far"

"I want to start by saying that STT has a large selection of firearms, ammunition, and AR-building parts. But there are two significant issues with the store: 1) Poor customer service 2) Marked-up pricing The reviews about being forced to sanitize your hands before entering (during COVID times) are accurate. In my experience, the staff attend to customers as if it were a chore. They can also be rude or demeaning when asked to clarify things or i..."

"I ordered a Gun, and I was refused to delivery because my Drivers License had a address in a different city and they refused to deliver my Gun even after explaining I own that house offered to provide proof of residence but they just wanted to be difficult because my address wasn’t from the valley asked me to change my address on my drivers license or pay to have it shipped else where. Told me a number I can call to ask about the laws but told me..."

"South Texas Tactical has made it known to me that there will be no more business between us. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. The three business days that were mentioned should have excluded Saturday, but Luis, the bald manager, insists that it didn’t. He "admitted" that his employees need to be taught what business days are. He was cocky and rude in his "admission". But never once admitted he himself needs to be re-educated. T..."
