"It takes a man to find a good blade shop. for 3 years my wife has sworn there was no place decent in the Kenosha area to sharpen knifes etc. Ha. This business was all you could ask for. owners were superbly polite and friendly. They knew their work and I have to say our Henkel knifes have not been this sharp since the day we bought them. Their prices are cheap that if I would have paid what they asked I would have been rippng them off so gave t..."

"One of my favorite local businesses. Patch has fixed all sorts of machinery for me, making it so much easier to take care of my property (never had to use machines until I bought a larger property!). He teaches me how to maintain my machines, too! He added in a special valve on the snowblower and the riding lawn mower so that it's easier for me to shut down the machines for the summer or winter, keeping gas out of the carburetor. Most of all, Bla..."

"I took my kitchen knives to Festival (twice!) to get them sharpened, and they came back duller than ever. I then took them to The Blade Shop, and the friendly and knowledgeable owner assured me she would be able to fix Festival’s mistakes. She stayed true to her word and did a phenomenal job for a reasonable price. I’ll be taking my knives here going forward. Highly recommend!"

"I visited the Le Creuset store in Pleasant Prairie today and was disappointed with the customer service. My wife and I were the only customers in the store for about 15 minutes and the two employees behind the counter never acknowledged us or offered assistance. However, when another customer walked in they greeted her right away. It made us feel overlooked and unwelcome. I love Le Creuset products and own a few pieces but I hope the staff here ..."

"I went into the store this morning. While the store looked ckean, bright, the products well organized, and it smelled great, the service was terrible. An employee stayed behind the counter without acknowledging me or the other customer already in the store. The customer had to go himself with a product to the register to ask for information. A second employee, possibly the manager, arrived from the back and started talking with the employee in a ..."

"I was so excited to finally decide to buy one of the most expensive cookware there is. At first Jeff, the store manager was helpful and all smiles. We spent over $500 on orange cast iron set. To our negative surprise these pots and pans are not suitable for our cooking style, therefore they're useless to us. I've only used two items. The food was burnt and ended up in garbage. I called Jeff to discuss a return and he was very resistant to budge. ..."

Pamela Russell

"I stopped in the store today to buy a new 7.5 round oven to replace a pot that I have used and loved for over 37 years. I mentioned to Carrie, the store manager, that I had purchased a pot online in early January and it arrived damaged and had been having a ton of problems with the call center. (It is still unresolved after 7 weeks!) She was SUPER helpful with my purchase and her guidance in how to get me issue resolved. She truly cares about th..."
