"Went to get knives sharpened because I wasn't happy with my results on a diamond stone. He has a professional grinder with an angle guard, so you're going to get a good "sharpening." However, he won't strop the burr off for you. If he did that, I'd leave a 5-star review. If you don't know what I'm talking about, google it. Stropping doesn't take much skill, so I did it at home to finish the job, and I'm happy with the results."
