"Thank you Austin for helping out a new football mama!! You made my purchases so easy and I walked out confident about my choices. I had the best experience and Autumn was great at the register. I will continue to shop at this location, the selection is great and the service is worth the drive!!!"
"Update: 3/22/25 I went to Dunham's today to purchase ammunition that's on sale and check out the kayaks that are also on sale. There were a lot of customers, but no help. There was a gentleman standing around the firearms counter looking and waiting for assistance. I walked over by the shoe department and talked to a guy and his son looking and waiting for help, they walked out with me. My granddaughters are into sports so I've been to this store..."
"Never Again will I walk into this store!!!! Everytime I go in no one is around to help with guns or ammo. There's no bell or buzzer. You have to walk to the front of the store and ask for help. Walk all the way to the back of the store and still stand there fir 15 min waiting for someone after already waiting 1/2 hrs. I will go to our local gun shop and support them who employees just waiting to wait on you!"
"I am wondering if this store has enough employees or no hours to give. Every single time I have came to shop there is only 2-3 workers so they are very short staffed. The employees were very helpful, super nice, and apologized for the wait and lead me to the item I was looking for. This store is very big so they need to have more employees to help with customers."
