Store manager Erin sends a wrong item in your $1,235 order, then does not want to make it right and pawns the responsibility off on the home office by telling us to "call the 800 number". The correct item is clearly listed on the receipt. Why should we have to jump through hoops to get an item we paid for and were promised?
