"Michelle is extremely helpful and provides great customer service. She helped my mother with an online order that went wrong and was able to quickly troubleshoot and problem solve. I recommend buying your products in-store (than online) in minimizing any shipping worries and having a better customer service experience. Michelle also told me if the store doesn’t have the product in-stock, she can easily order it for you."
"Today I picked up an item at the store. I was disappointed to see that the William Sonoma Pride Recognition in their window was in the least conspicuous place possible. Knowing that this organization is from San Francisco, and that a large number of their customers are gay men. I was shocked at how Cavalier, they show their pride for our community. Please see my photo. I’m gonna think twice before shopping there again. Very disappointing."
